Raspberry leaf is famous for its traditional use as a tea during pregnancy, often being relied on to help induce labour, lessen the pain of childbirth and provide general uterine health. The tea itself is a pleasant caffeine-free alternative to black tea, to which it is somewhat similar, with a rich, fruity flavour.

How To Use It

How to make an infusion:

Measure 1 tea spoon of Raspberry leaf and cover with boiling water, cover and let infuse for ten minutes before straining/removing the leaves and enjoy!

If Raspberries are in season, you can squeeze some berries in your infusion 🙂
