Green Rooibos leaf, (Aspalathus linearis), organic

A refreshing, naturally sweet, caffeine-free infusion that is suitable for drinking with or without milk. Green Rooibos is less fermented that the regular red bush. The plant has yellow flowers and needle-like leaves, and after harvesting the branches of the shrubs are bound in bundles and transported for further processing. After fermentation, the tea is spread out and dried under the African sun.

Why We Stock It

For people who don’t want caffine but want to keep a healhty fluid intake, green rooibos is dried as soon as it is harvested and may be a healthier option.


Wild harvested in South Africa, Cederberg Mountains in the south-west of the country.

How To Use It

To make one cup:

Brew 1 tea spoon for 3 to 5 mins with water at 95 degees.
