How To Use It

Soak butter between betwee 6- 8 hours, or leave to soak over night. When cooking, bring water to boil and let simmer for an hours. Butter beans require a longer cooking time to get soft in texture.

They make additions to salads or can be used to make vegan bean sausages (recipe coming soon).
